The Booking Ritual
To call the Workshop to your door and secure your place on our calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit allows us to begin gathering the treasures and premium materials needed to bring your specific vision to life.
- Finalizing the Circle: Your final guest count and the remaining balance are due 7 days before your scheduled journey.
- Last Minute Magic: We understand that dreams can grow! You may add guests to your circle up to 48 hours before the event, provide we have enough materials on hand to accommodate the extra souls.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We know that life can sometimes shift like the wind. Because we carefully curate materials specifically for your gathering, we have the following heart-felt policies in place:
- Rescheduling Your Dream: If you need to move your date, you may do so once with at least 14 days' notice at no extra cost. Your deposit will simply float over to your new date.
- Cancellations: * If you must cancel your gathering entirely, the initial 50% deposit is retained to cover the materials and magic already set in motion.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as your Guide has already prepared your treasures and cleared their path to reach you.
- Guide’s Grace: In the very rare event that your Guide is unable to reach you due to illness or unforeseen enchantment (extreme weather or emergency), we will offer you the choice of a full refund or priority rescheduling for a future date.
