Terms and Conditions

The Wandering Workshop: Participant Disclosure & Waiver

By participating in a Wondering Workshop adventure, you (the "Wanderer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, magical, and protected environment for everyone.

1. Nature of the Journey (Assumption of Risk)

The Wanderer understands that our workshops involve hands-on crafting which may require the use of tools such as scissors, jewelry pliers, hot glue guns, wire, and small decorative items.

  • Risks: You acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: minor burns, pinches, small cuts, or allergic reactions to materials (e.g., adhesives, metals, or botanical elements).
  • Voluntary Participation: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of these materials and tools.

2. Creative Guidance & Safety

While your Wondering Guide provides premium materials and whimsical instruction, the Wanderer is responsible for:

  • Following all safety demonstrations and verbal instructions provided during the workshop.
  • Using tools only for their intended creative purpose.
  • Disclosing any known allergies to the guide prior to the start of the "Expedition."

3. Liability Release & Hold Harmless

In consideration for being allowed to participate, the Wanderer hereby releases and holds harmless The Wondering Workshop, its owners, guides, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of ordinary negligence, property damage, or personal injury occurring during or as a result of the workshop.

4. Property of the Sanctuary

The Wandering Workshop is not responsible for damage to the host's property or the Wanderer’s personal belongings (e.g., clothing, furniture, or flooring) that may occur during the crafting process. We provide protective coverings for the "Gathering Table," but the ultimate responsibility for the workspace lies with the Host.

5. The Polaroid Path & Media Release

By entering the workshop space, the Wanderer grants The Wondering Workshop  permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.), unless a request for privacy is made to the Guide before the making begins.
