The Wondering Workshop: Return Policy

At The Wondering Workshop, we want your creative spark to be exactly right. If you find that your "Expedition in a Box" isn’t the right fit for your creative journey, we are happy to help you find a new path.

1. The "Unopened Map" Requirement Craft kits may be returned for a full refund or exchange only if they remain in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. Once the seal of the "Wondering Box" is broken, we can no longer accept a return, as the magic (and the precisely measured materials) inside are considered settled. Kits must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Condition for Return To be eligible for a return, the kit must be:

• Unused: All botanical elements, adhesives, and tools must be untouched.
• Intact: The outer packaging must be free of damage, stains, or markings.
• Complete: All components originally included in the kit must be present.

3. How to Start Your Return To begin a return, please email your Wondering Guide at Jennifer.Kerr@WonderingWorkshops.com  with your order number.

• Return Shipping: Unless the kit arrived damaged, the Wonderer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Restocking: Once we inspect the kit and confirm it remains "unwondered" (unopened), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Missing Elements If your kit arrives with broken pieces or missing "treasures," please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will whisk out a replacement part or a new kit to you right away so your crafting journey isn't delayed.

Note to the Wonderer: Items purchased during "Flash Expeditions" (clearance sales) or personalized custom kits are final sale and cannot be returned.
